By commissioning me (the Artist), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read everything carefully before proceeding. I reserve the right to refuse any commission request if you do not accept these terms.

If you are uncomfortable with or unwilling to comply with these conditions, you may not request a commission.

My artwork may not be used for AI training, input, or related technologies under any circumstances. Uploading to AI databases or tools is strictly prohibited.

The use of my art in NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) is entirely disallowed.

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the clauses within this document.

You agree that the commissioned artwork will be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicitly arranged otherwise.

Proper credit must always be given to me, the Artist.

Failure to comply will result in permanent blacklisting without prior notice.

You are expected to fully review these Terms of Service and be familiar with my commission pricing before making a request.

You may showcase the artwork on third-party platforms as long as I am visibly credited and, where applicable, linked.

You may not upload the work to galleries that exclusively showcase your own creations.

Claiming the artwork as your own is not permitted.

You are allowed to use the art for personal purposes only, including but not limited to avatars, backgrounds, and profile images.

Physical reproductions (e.g., printing) are permitted as long as they are for non-commercial, personal use only.

Redistribution or use for commercial and promotional purposes is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

You must not make major edits, modifications, or derivative works from my illustrations without prior consent.

Tracing or using my art as a base/template is strictly forbidden.

These terms apply retroactively to all past clients, regardless of when the commission was placed.

By placing an order, you are accepting these terms in full.

I retain the right to post the final commissioned piece in my online portfolio and galleries.

I may refuse or cancel any commission at my discretion.

If I decide to cancel the project on my end, you will receive a full refund.

I will not create content that includes but is not limited to: furries, complex mecha, explicit fetishes, hate imagery, or content I find personally uncomfortable. Please inquire if you are unsure whether your request qualifies.

If you intend to use the commissioned piece commercially, an adjusted rate will be applied, to be determined and agreed upon before starting the project.

I reserve the right to increase the base price for commercial use.

Commercial use includes but is not limited to: reproducing and selling merchandise, monetized platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Patreon), and business branding or promotion.

I retain full copyright and ownership over the artwork, including the right to reuse or repost it for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

My signature will remain on both the full-size and web-size versions of the artwork. You will receive a high-resolution version via email or cloud link.

You are responsible for protecting your ownership (e.g., watermarking character designs) when posting online.

Public commissions may be shared at my discretion, with proper credit to you for original character ownership.

If you would like the project to remain private (i.e., not posted or shown publicly), this must be discussed in advance.

A privacy fee may apply if I am requested not to share WIPs, post online, or stream the commission process.

Please complete the commission request form accurately.

I will follow up to confirm your slot and discuss any details before starting.

I may make changes to your request if necessary, unless specified otherwise.

Be clear and avoid excessive abbreviations in your request.

All communication must be in English.

Please wait for a response before making any payment.

After confirmation, I will send you a PayPal invoice. Only send payment after you receive this invoice.

I only accept payments in USD via PayPal. Clients are responsible for currency conversion.

Full payment is required upfront before any work begins unless otherwise arranged.

Do not send payment before receiving my approval and invoice.

I cover all PayPal transaction fees. The invoice total reflects the final price you pay.

If payment is not received within 48 hours after the invoice is sent, your commission will be canceled.

Multiple instances of non-payment may result in blacklisting.

A full refund is available only if I have not started the sketch.

No refunds will be given once the sketch phase has begun.

In the event of fees or taxes lost through PayPal, partial refunds (~80%) may be issued.

If I cancel a commission, I will issue a 100% refund including any lost fees.

For payment plans, if work has begun after a partial payment and you cancel, the deposit will not be refunded.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

If a refund is initiated through PayPal without prior communication, you must contact me immediately.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent blacklisting for the client and any associated PayPal accounts.

I typically respond to inquiries within 1–3 business days.

Deadlines must be disclosed before payment. I may decline a commission if the deadline is too tight.

I reserve up to 3 weeks before beginning a project.

Commissions are completed in random order, based on inspiration and comfort level.

You will be notified of significant delays.

Clients may opt for a rush order at an additional +60% fee. Dates are subject to availability.

A work-in-progress (WIP) sketch will be sent after full payment is received.

WIPs are typically sent as JPEG or PNG files via email or DM.

You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary details are included in your order.

Feedback is required at each WIP stage to ensure your satisfaction.

Two major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Minor changes can be made after.

No major alterations will be accepted beyond the coloring phase without additional charges.

Post-completion, only minor fixes (e.g., artist errors) will be corrected for free.

Additional revisions due to lack of prior feedback will incur a fee.

Redraws are only available as a new, paid commission.

Your piece may differ slightly from examples in my gallery due to stylistic evolution or subject matter.

My artistic style is not open to alteration.

I may decline feedback that compromises the quality or intent of the artwork.

Proper credit must always be given when sharing the artwork online.

Clients are expected to save copies of the finished files, as I do not guarantee long-term file storage.

I am not obligated to publicly display the final product and may remove it at any time, regardless of payment.

Feedback is welcome via private message or comments. Rude, offensive, or unconstructive comments may result in blacklisting.
